Dunkin' - Enola

One of the better Dunkin’s in the area. Only issue is they have a tendency to get the order wrong on a semi regular basis. The staff is mostly friendly and the restaurant and restrooms are clean. Would recommend, just check the size of your drink before you go : Kid-friendliness: Manager once gave our 5 year old a free donut hole; it made her day! Service: Take out

As a former employee that walked out because of how nasty they treat American employees and they steal your cash when you say pay it forward the MANAGER MANU Will pocket the cash and not pay it forward. Don't get me started on how the state needs to be in there. How they store milk in 55 degree over night and not throw it away and store your ice coffee containers ON THE FLOOR over night by the ice bins . How they heat your milk up for your drinks and just keep reheating it until it's used up in the morning . Or how they use the same mop to clean THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM floors. Absolute mess. I asked for a medium cold brew and the women just kept saying small. I corrected her 5 times and eventually she understood I wanted a medium but would not change the charge from a small to a medium, saying she would remember it’s a medium. Of course when I got to the window she gave me a small and then refused to fix it and just walked away from the window. I was willing to be recharged for a medium and still no. The man that ended up resolving the issue gave me a medium but of the wrong drink. Just a mess. I’ll drive the 15 minutes out of my way to go to a different dunkin

Went to the Dunkin' Donuts in Enola, Pa and went to the bathroom before I was going to order. An employee walked to the bathroom in front of me and finished before me and just walked out of the bathroom and went right back to work, I was to have a meeting there but after that nope. I went to the manager to report it and he was already aware of it happening and said the next time she will be fired. I pointed her out to the manager as well. I will not go into that store ever again!! He said it was my choice well yeah because you don't enforce handwashing and talk about your employees going to the bathroom to be on their phones in the bathroom. The point is your employee didn't wash their hands and went back to work and is handling food!!
