However, the staff seem to have efficient systems in place to serve customers quickly once they are seated. On my most recent visit, I decided to try the vegetarian breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by how impressed and satisfied I was with the meal. Although there is a service charge, this seems to be the norm in the southeast region. I definitely plan on returning when I am in the area again.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff members are incredibly friendly and efficient. If you visit on the days Joseph is working, you can expect a very warm welcome from him. He is exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to chat with.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant. We were warmly greeted at the door and escorted to our seats. The menu offered a variety of options and we decided to order a bacon and egg sandwich, which turned out to be one of the best we have ever had. The coffee was excellent and the staff were all very friendly. We found it to be great value for money and definitely recommend paying a visit.
My comment is for the service only. As a new mum, following a class, myself and 3 other mums arrived for a late lunch. Granted, we had 3 large buggies. However, we were rudely turned away at the door immediately, despite there being some space.
First ever visit with a friend to celebrate my birthday with a lunch. Staff just amazingly friendly. Joseph on the door welcomed us by leading us to a table. The waitresses were also brilliant. Especially Dijle and Hacer. Wrong to call it a Sandwich Bar. It serves amazing range of Salads and I loved the Omelette with choice of fillings and salad. Also need to mention they also serve a decent size Latte in a glass which I always seek and rarely find in restaurants! Finally getting ready to leave and they brought me a happy birthday message on small scotch pancakes with berries and cream. I will post a photo.
