Unfortunately, the staff was completely overwhelmed, although not much was going on. 2 of the 3 service forces were just standing around, while only one worked behind the tresen. the other two have only brought the orders to the tables, and one had feared each time that the order does not come to the place of the salvation. Unfortunately we had to pay for the order, otherwise we would have been up and gone somewhere else where it goes faster. we just wanted 2 kakao. nothing really complicated. even after that we had to be 15 minutes.

Waited over 20 minutes in an empty line to be served. Unfortunately had to leave although the ice cream looked amazing! Maybe some customer service training for the staff would help- young girls with not much experience. Great if you have lots of time and patience! Alas I do not so no ice cream for me
