The food was excellentThe latent/slow service marred the experience.

We've been for many years before this dining room became the brooded bistro. Maybe because of the name, our expectations were high. We were disappointed with our entry with the endive that was too crunchy to our taste, the veal cheek was missing flavor and there was a lot of fat. On the other hand, we were entitled to an exceptional and warm service.

The restaurant for the name of the bistro in the honor of fieldlain charest famous wine lover having an exceptional cellar. the menu is composed of a master's hand thanks to Executive Chief Jean-Luc de la bruere.

We ate at this restaurant a couple of time, breakfast for a few days and dinner one night. The breakfast was really good. Very good selection of breakfast foods

It's now a tradition for me and my spouse, on our couple's birthday we go to the mushroom bistro and we order the tasting menu with the chord and wine and every time it's an incredible discovery! the service is impeccable and personalized. I love it. I love it.
