Mucho Gusto - Eugene

The restaurant serves delicious food! I appreciate being able to customize my order and ensure it meets my preferences. They are accommodating and even offer to package meat, beans, and rice separately for easy reheating and eating on my own schedule.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I met a friend for lunch and we both really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant wasn't very crowded when we went, so I assume most people were ordering delivery. The food was delicious, especially the burrito bowl I ordered. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. I definitely recommend this place!

I am a once a month customer. I do still enjoy the options and quality/freshness of the food. However, the portions seem to be shrinking. I also wasn?t offered a side salsa with my burrito bowl side chips. This happens a lot. Customer service varies. Istood at the counter, second in line and wasn?t greeted for 5 minutes. It was not busy. I know food prices and labor are highright now, but the scoops of each item seem pretty small for a $10 salad. If I ask for less rice, is giving me a little morelettuce going to break the bank?

This restaurant is clean, bright, and friendly. I enjoy opening my car door and hearing the music playing. I am always greeted warmly whenever I walk in. The food is delicious, and I appreciate that they are careful about preventing cross contamination for those with food allergies. I am willing to drive a longer distance to dine at this specific Mucho Gusto location. While the other location is good, this is the one I prefer to frequent.

I've always been a big fan of mucho gusto but today they really put a smile on my face by going above and beyond. I ran in to pick up a door dash order and asked to order a small side of chips and guac and to my surprise they gave that to me on thehouse. I haven't been to the Willamette location before today but sure to this top star treatment I will definitely be returningto this location. Thank you for making my day!
