After adding the tip, the bill came to over $70 for a pasta meal with salad for just three people, without any drinks, appetizers, or desserts. The lack of bread was also disappointing. The vegan pasta was tasty but a bit oily, while the ravioli was nothing special. The salmon ravioli had very little salmon and was drowned in a heavy sauce that masked the taste of the fish. It seemed like they were store-bought raviolis. Overall, I wouldn't return to this restaurant due to the high prices. I suggest offering a lunch option with pasta, salad, and bread at a more reasonable price.
I ordered the "walrus" dish with mirepoix tofu and it was amazing! The noodles were cooked perfectly and the vegetable-filled sauce was delicious. The optional extra-firm tofu was the best tofu I've ever tasted. This restaurant is a great choice for both vegans and non-vegans, as they also offer non-vegan pasta dishes on the menu.
The situation was a bit unpleasant as we had trouble finding the restaurant the first time we tried to visit. Our GPS seemed to lead us astray for some unknown reason.
Long before the closing time. Why post-hours if they are just a suggestion? if they are looking for a restaurant, honor the hours.
Simply the best Italian restaurant in eugene. truly deserves seven stars on the eugenic scale, as there is no worthy Italian competition in the city.
