Kfc - Eunice

The service was incredibly slow. The staff seemed unproductive, and the food took a long time to arrive. When it finally did, it was not fresh. I definitely wouldn't recommend making this your top choice.

The food was great, just like always. However, the service was absolutely awful. I went through the drive-thru and was instructed to pull up to the door. After waiting 15 minutes, I circled back and parked because I still hadn't received my food. When I went inside to inquire about my order, I found out it hadn’t even been prepared—they had completely forgotten about it. While Popeyes may be slow, at least I usually get my food when I reach the window.

This is the worst KFC I have ever visited in my life. They sold me a bucket filled with grease and bones. The sweet tea tasted like diluted mop water with sugar. The biscuits were as dry as a sponge. Furthermore, when I called to express my concerns, the manager simply answered with "hello," and I had to ask who it was to confirm I had reached the right place. The manager was extremely disrespectful and hung up on me twice. I would not recommend anyone eat here unless you want to risk ending up in the hospital.
