Restaurant 301 - Eureka

I recently had the best meal I've had in a long time at this restaurant. I enjoyed a delicious dish of salmon, sweet potato puree, Brussel sprouts, and a delightful piquant sauce. The atmosphere was enhanced by the talented jazz guitarist performing. To top it off, I enjoyed a martini as well.

The best place in Humboldt for both locals and travelers, hands down. The food is fantastic and deserves a 5-star rating all day long. And make sure not to miss out on meeting Ian, the Amazing Bartender!

The truffle fries at this restaurant are a complete meal on their own. During my stay at the connected hotel, I observed locals frequenting the bar and restaurant, clearly enjoying the atmosphere.

Food and service were both top-notch. nice to have 301 back.
