However, on a later visit, faced with a similar extreme hunger, I was devastated to find that the chicken sandwich was no longer on the menu at the drive-thru. It was disappointing, but I thought it might be a simple oversight. When I went to place my order, the employee informed me, "We don't have any chicken sandwiches left, sir." I was heartbroken and could hardly contain my feelings of disappointment over the removal of such a beloved item. I find myself begging the Steak and Shake headquarters to bring back that delicious sandwich. Oh, how I wish for it to return!

I am really disappointed. The food was dirty and unsafe. The chili mac was cold, and the meat had an unpleasant smell and taste. The chili tasted like rotten meat and had a lot of fat—about a quarter cup, at least. This used to be a nice place to take the kids for a meal without any concerns, but now it's just not good. It feels like a fast food experience, like Burger King.
