On a positive note, the staff did handle a customer with a milk allergy by asking about milk ingredients, although I felt it was unnecessary since the customer was clearly familiar with their own dietary restrictions. If someone has such strict dietary needs, I believe it's their responsibility to check online or prepare meals at home. Overall, I noticed that the staff were helpful to other customers as well, which I appreciate. This establishment seems to have a brief period of busyness, much like many others nowadays. I gave it four stars simply because the employees work hard every day to ensure we have food. Thank you.

It's both an A&W and a KFC. I hadn't been here in a while, but I was craving some fried cheese curds! I ordered a meal from the Drive-Thru menu and was taken aback when my lunch total came to $16. The staff was friendly, and the food was decent, but for that price, I'd have preferred a healthy meal from a nicer restaurant.

It's okay, the service was differentiated. I placed my order and then sat on the total number. The food was just fine. Children wanted to try the new chicken and donuts. Not recommended, the bag tilted and spilled donut glaze on my front seat. Maybe it was worth when it tastes really good. The donuts were thick and heavy, not light and fluffy. There was a LOT melted icing that left a hole in the bag. The chicken was ok as it was cooked and kept warm. A little dry. The cheese curdscwrrechot and fresh. Next time I drive back and get cheese and my kids to taste the mini-maishunds.

Great fries, but slow service and they messed up my order this last time I went. I ordered a “spicy papa burger”, but received a regular one. This is why you should only have one person taking my order, not two people. I won’t be returning. The burger I received was “meh” and the cheese wasn’t even melted

Their prices are insane….. I literally ordered 4 cheeseburgers (just regular ones, nothing fancy) and a small Coke…my total was $30!!!!!! 30 bucks for 4 measly burgers and a drink! Why does this location high jack their prices??? Not right… I almost left the food and asked for a refund but my son was with me and I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it..but he even said something when we pulled away… Also, the lady taking my order must’ve been in a hurry because she wouldn’t even wait for me to finish speaking before interrupting and saying “is that everything??” I had to repeat my (very basic) order 4 times!! And then they had me pull up out front to wait… definitely not worth it..save your money and go anywhere else.. I grew up loving A&W but sadly this store missed the mark big time. Bring back REASONABLE prices and then maybe it’d be worth it. Maybe…..
