China Dumpling Noodle House - Everett

I had the fried beef dumplings, hot and sour soup, and tomato beef, and everything was incredible. Everything is made from scratch, so everything is extremely fresh. This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've ever been to in my life, and I would highly recommend it!

The service is friendly and strives to be quick, and it's clear why—this place is always bustling! The dumplings are amazing, and the noodles are fantastic, along with the other dishes.

I’ve been passing by this place for a while and finally decided to stop in today. I’m not very experienced with noodles and pho, but the waitress had an authentic vibe, which made it a bit challenging to communicate my questions. I opted for the pad Thai and spring rolls. The spring rolls arrived hot, with a filling-to-paper ratio that was about 50/50. The pad Thai was flavorful and fresh, and the portion size was generous enough to share. It’s a small detail, but I appreciated that the food was served nice and hot!

Really good authentic Chinese food! A large group of Chinese folk were leaving as I got there. The pork dumplings are delicious and they give a generous portion no matter what you get. Yum food. Not your typical Americanized Chinese flour wrapped chicken menu. But they have that too, but better. No longer Noodle House with daily fresh made noodles. They took the chef to the Bellevue location. Had to knock a star. Good local Chinese food and service.
