These dunks are great on weekdays. The Lord Danny, who manages the morning shift, literally remembers hundreds of people's coffee as they drink it every day, and you don't even have to say it. This kind of service gets him earned tips and appreciation. Very recommended on weekdays, I usually hold it at 5 o'clock.
