On another note, the overall vibe of the place felt unprofessional and a bit disheveled. I actually saw them pouring leftover drinks from mixers directly onto the floor, and the tablet they handed me was quite dirty. I really don’t think this restaurant meets the standards set by Bigfoot.

They don't ask for your phone number, so you can earn rewards points when you pay, which is fine. The staff is not intrusive and will give you space if you prefer not to chat. More than 30 minutes was wasted for a cup of coffee, super slow service, I love Bigfoot Java but it looks like I wouldn't order from here again.

I decided to try Big Foot Java for the first time, ordering drinks for my family and myself while we were in the car. From the moment I placed the order, I could tell that the barista wasn't in a good mood. Initially, I thought it was just a one-time thing, but my family also noticed the attitude. While the drinks were delicious, the customer service left much to be desired. Next time, I think I'll choose another spot and see how that goes.

Made my redbull with ice cream súper watery when I asked for it thick I got it back flavorless and the girl was rude. I just want a good tasting drink for Thai summer day. Ruined my day and wasted my money.
