Starbucks - Everett

I was kind of disappointed I was hoping this Starbucks was going to be better than some of the other ones that I went to. My order is pretty simple I want a double shot espresso in a large cup fill it up with cream and 5 stevia and yet again this did not happen there was no Stevia in the cup and I had to put my own that's why I keep it in the car but you would assume since you're paying this much you should get what you order

Ordered a chai with 1 pumpkin with no coffee. I took it back to make it back. both drinks were disgusting without refund.

Ordered food and 1 drink waited a while,got my food and waiting some more for drink. No worker asked what I was waiting for not 1. So finally asked how much longer it would be oh you are so and so?oh we had it in drive thru totally cold now. Rude people in this store. Didn't say sorry or come get a coffee on us.?
