Burger King - Évry

I spent two days ago, ordered a burger and had to wait 10 minutes before being served, the waitress put my burger on the board of customers who ordered after while I ordered before, no logic.

Worst customer service. They forgot part of my order and the waiting time was long between the time I ordered and the time I received the order. I asked to talk to a manager because the employee refused to redo my cold sandwiches but apparently on Monday evening at 7:30 pm there is no manager or manager in this restaurant. It's unacceptable.

Forget about a box to share in full I come back 15 minutes of trips after with all the untouched order to ask, we don't want to redo my sandwishs that are cold, because they are still warm after the employee. I'm being re-created because I force and I'm not offered any commercial gestures or compensation? Thank you B.K.

I went today after two years. Fast, never seen. A big bravo in the house...a very changed
