Jersey Mike's Subs - Ewa Villages

The staff was nice, but very slow making the sub. Subway has better tuna subs, taste fresher, and is faster and cheaper. I don?t recommend.

I love this location! I?ve had brown lettuce before which was a lil disappointing but the staff is amazing! It?s always friendly and the team here is professional always working hard! Been to jersey mikes all over the us but this is my fav cause of theteam!

I ordered on the phone for pick up. Was told would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there in 15 minutes. Went to the cashier, gave my name and he gave me someone else?s order which was 1/2 sandwich???? I ordered a giant #17 with extra meat, provolone cheese andMayo.I could feel that It wasn?t wrapped tightly. I asked the cashier if they could wrap each half separately. He said sure,took the sandwich and returned it in the bag. I just got home. 1.The sandwich not only Wasn?t wrapped separately but the wholething almost landed on the floor as it was just shoved in the bag, but it WAS now cut into 4 pieces!! 2. NO Mayo! 3. NO extrameat!! 4. American Cheese, NOT provolone! VERY DISAPPOINTED , this used to be a great place to get a good sub, not anymore! might try Subway again!

Had the steak bowl. Good as usual. The customer service folks were friendly as well. No Coke Zero, but had Pepsi Zero

I was a bit disappointed that the last two times my coworkers and I ordered lunch the order was incorrect/not made at all, but the staff is great and today the manager went out of her way to help resolve an issue and that really stood out. Thank you somuch we will definitely be coming back!
