Coffee Bean has a pretty well-known issue with its payment terminal and it doesn't look like Sullivan is going to be fixing it anytime soon. Well I used to go to coffee bean every day and my card worked fine. Well this particular day my card did not work, so I had to use a different card and this barista was so rude to me as if it was my fault their machine doesn't work!
Corporate REALLY need to get the Tap/Apple pay working, it's unacceptable that it NEVER works, Do
Wonderful staff. Store is always clean. They have great food choices.
Love this location. The young adults are so full of good energy, give great service and made it so enjoyable with their conversations and service that we stayed to sit for a bit.
Every time I come here it is always a positive experience! Great customer service, employees are very friendly and the line goes way quicker than you think! They also have good coffee :
