Love it!. RJ's breakfast packages are amazing. I stop at least twice a week to get a pack. The abdominal bush is the best. You have reasonable prices and friendly service. Last time I stopped, I realized they were open later, so it'll be my new stop for an early dinner sub or sandwich.
I'm going there a lot every Sunday. Recently I got the Heart Attack pack that has bacon, pork roll, sausage, egg and domestic frits. I put the sausage and bacon through turkey sausage and turkey bacon. My wife usually gets a bacon, protein and cheese on an English muffin and his pretty good. I never had anything other than breakfast there, so I'm basically building on it.
Great food, great service!. I just found out about this place and it's really a hidden gem! I came across RJ's just looking for coffee and a bagel and this establishment turned out to be so much more! The bagels are fresh (you can see them bake), the staff is very friendly and entertaining, and the food is affordable and delicious! It turns out that they have lunch specialties daily..all $6 or less and the amount will definitely fill you. It seems to be a popular place for breakfast and lunch, because for every time I am there, it is packed and the phones constantly ring...kudos to the staff to be able to handle this amount of volume during the busy rush! While I was there, I also found out that they stretch out and add tables... can't wait to see what they offer for dinner!
Great Food, with an Attitude. This place really knows what it 's doing, food-wise. For my money, they make the best bagels in a 10-mile radius, and I 've never gotten a sandwich from there that was any less than very good. The service is efficient, but rarely friendly. But, the counter is generally run buy a group of collegiate 20-somethings, who were never told by their mommies and daddies that stuff like thank you goes a long way; so what do you expect? In general, there 's just this sort of annoying, hungover fratboy vibe. It 's like Yo maaaan, I played like soooo much BEER PONG last night, and I 'm feelin ' waaaay too rough to deal with, like, people, maaaan... And for this, they have the nerve to leave out a tip jar. If you 're not easily annoyed when dealing with customer service people who act as if they 're doing the customer a favor, then you will love this place.
