Golf Hill Grille - Excelsior Springs

Very disappointed. went with my whole family of four because its right by our house. We live off the golf course. we stood and waited for a while and nobody was around. seemed unstaffed/closed but after about 7-10 minutes a lady walked out of the back hallway and said what do you need? No welcome just what do you need . We thought based on online reviews (and no website for restaurant only for golf course) that it was a restaurant with a menu. It is NOT. there is only a small cafe menu with sandwiches and bagged chips, canned sodas. She said if you saw a pork tenderloin online we dont do that for two years and we cant get it off the internet . when i said well the golf course has no section on the website for 'golf hill grille ' at all so maybe they could start there she rolled her eyes as if my very common sense suggestion was insulting. But i just said it. i wasnt trying to be rude. Just making a very obvious suggestion that would solve the issue. She then said we just have some sandwiches but its really for the players so do you want something? We took our family of 4 elsewhere to eat. Cant recommend.

Had quite a few options and a full bar we have the hotdog special with chips and a drink which was good. Ladies were friendly and attentive. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

I like to fly into the airport there. You can call them and they will give you a ride to the restaurant.... Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

We absolutely love this place! It's our new favorite spot to dine at!
