Stopped for the night and found this little piece of heaven. After a long 12 hr drive this place hit the spot!! Pizza for us was delicious. If I get back that way I will darn sure stop in
Whenever we go through Kansas City on our way to Wichita from Des Moines, I always insist that we have lunch, usually a late lunch, at the Pizza Shoppe. Their pizza is Amazingly good!!!
The pizza was good. The service was extremely slow. I would rate the Pizza Shoppe higher if the service wasn't so slow. If you don't mind the long wait to order and the extremely long wait for your food, then I recommend this place. The pizza is worth the wait. The other complaint is when you order the King pizza that feeds 4-5 people you only get one free salad, that makes no sense.
First time stopping in. Friendly staff great atmosphere and got the interesting backstory about the Clash/ Bo Diddly poster on the wall. My top spot when I’m in Kearney.
