Costa Coffee - Exeter

The restaurant has excellent staff and service, but the only drawback is that students are using it as a study area without purchasing anything from Costa.

I was disappointed with my experience at this Costa Coffee. My iced coffee was warm with only two small pieces of ice, and the milk was curdled and extremely sour. This was unexpected as I have had good experiences here in the past.

I have always had a lovely experience in this store and the staff have always been pleasant and friendly but the last time I went a young lady who’s name badge read “Libby” was being extremely rude to the other staff members in the store and had a very short fuse. Impolite and unprofessional, especially in front of paying customers. I will not support an establishment who allows this behaviour to take place. The other girls behind the counter seemed very stressed and overworked whilst she was not providing a helping hand and instead stood around chatting.

This place is a joke only one person in front of me in the line. And still took over 20 minutes to get my drink . People walking out . Very slow service. The management need a good shake up of this place very very slow service. The young person making drinks was clearly not up to speed in making drinks . Even the manger who was making tea forgot to give milk out with the tea . For a high street coffee shop this place needs to be alot quicker .

Rydon lane Exeter The longest queue the slowest service and highest number of uncleared tables I’ve ever seen It used to be very good but the last 6 months the speed and queues have become increasingly long Need someone to give this place a kick up the backside I’ve been waiting 10 mins in the Queue and it’s currently 9 people long I’ve been waiting so long I’ve written this poor review
