Visited yesterday morning for smoothies and it was delicious and the waiter was so lovely and so helpful !! Thank you !!

Very disappointing food and drink. Food very fatty and tasteless. The cheesy garlic flatbread and Japanese chicken were awful. All ypu could taste was fat. Neither fresh nor properly cooked. The mocktails were out of a bottle and not made fresh. Very poor value. Expensive.

Booked with two friends for breakfast today. Was looking forward to a hearty brekky to start our day off well. The food took about to arrive, ok so you were busy but that's still a long wait. Had the food (all of our food)...been hot, well prepeared and presented nicely that would have been fine. However, all the food was stone cold, thrown on the plate and just looked very drab and tired. Honestly, the worst breakfast I have ever been served. I know you were busy today but that is no excuse for terrible food production. I won't be visiting again.

Stopped here this afternoon for a bite to eat. Had the Lamb Tagine and my wife had the Rodeo Chicken. Lovely food. The customer service was second to none! Really nice to see! We will be recommending and returning!

I'm eating at giraffe with household members today. of our party ran minen late, of which I told the waitress and apologized when we checked in. I got adult menus, though I had a child with me. I wanted to make sure that we chose our meals so we could order as soon as the rest of our party arrived. After I had tried to catch the attention of the staff and failed to my mask and went to the reception where female waiters chatted. I waited for them to go to the end and politely asked for a children's menu. the older one of the waitress who seemed responsible for the restaurant, I grabbed them in a minute and cried over the floor to the waitress who was just about something else, although I was still right next to her. I was really shocked, and I'm gonna be honest that I almost got out at that point. the children's menus were taken over by the same waitress who then told me that our table was booked by another party in minutes time, I pointed them to the rest of our party war by the unmanned door. again I was shocked, it was almost as if they had done me a favor by letting me be there. who only allowed a party of an hour for a cure? we ordered our food quickly, as we feared we were thrown away. unnecessarily to say minen came and went and there were still spare seats in the restaurant and no parties waited outside. we left an hour and minutes later, so minutes after we were told that our table was booked. the young male waiter was great, very attentive and friendly and eating and drinking was nice. unfortunately, the experience was ruined by the posture of the female employee.
