Dunkin' - EXTON

Yesterday, I walked into this restaurant with a voucher we received in the mail for a free donut. The person at the counter tossed it at me with an unfriendly expression. When I asked for a plain donut, they gave me a very unappetizing looking brown one. It seems like they don't want to honor their voucher promotions. I won't be going back.

The restaurant is clean and the service is excellent. This morning, there was only one woman managing all the online and walk-in customers. I am a regular here and highly recommend it!

Order online，order confirm，get to pick up，”Sorry nothing left and plz pick up tomorrow” Excuse me? Am I ordering some clothes online? How can I order food today and pick up the other day????

I always appreciate when some of the employees remember my usual order and have it ready for me before I even reach the front of the line. They do this for me and a few of my colleagues, which shows great attention to customer service. In a fast-paced world, this kind of service makes a real difference. I would highly recommend this Dunkin' location for their exceptional service.
