KFC - EXTON

It's seriously unreal how long you will wait here drive thru, inside doesn't matter! Currently inside, 15 minutes and counting.

It's hard to review because both times I went there, they didn't have what I wanted.

The drive thru worker, her name was Ashton, completely rolled her eyes at me when I asked for barbecue sauce.

It took 47 minutes to get through the drive thru, and that was with 3 people leaving the line. also no single car on the parking lot. get our food, ask my fiancée to check it, all sandwiches are cold. not raumtemp, cold as in a refrigerator! I moved into a place (now the only parking place) and go in. a guy is standing there staring at me from behind and hiding behind the line. I wait, finally someone comes to the counter and feels the sandwiches and is true that the brot and the bun are still cold, then goes back behind the line. tells another man to get the sandwiches again, while the first guy standing there, who grasped his poor, as if I were inconvenient and staring. I stared back until he left behind the line. finally made my sandwiches new, as the manager goes in. he asks what happens, I tell him he asked where the sandwiches were, I told him he said oh sorry that happened and went away.

I ordered two famous bowls tonight and what they gave me is a sweat. the chicken in the bowls is just roasted brot. I was 3 times at this KFC/Taco bell and every time they either screwed the order or they are completely out of something. I drive 15 minutes to the next Taco bell before I return to this franchise.
