Captain D's - Fairfield

This was one of the first times I visited a Captain D's and everything I ordered was hot and fresh. The flavors were spot on, and I didn't encounter any issues. However, there was only one person working both the counter and the drive-thru window, which kept her quite busy. As a result, the people at the counter had to wait a few minutes to place their orders. Overall, I would definitely consider eating here again.

The dining experience was satisfactory, but the establishment appears to be outdated. The staff, however, were very attentive.

The service was excellent, but we had to wait around 30 minutes for our meals.

Great service and Kelly is the best. Food was fresh and she was the only one there and my food was still fast.

Food was awful. I ordered 2) 4 piece meal and at this point they was hard chicken fingers supposedly to be fish the hush puppies was super hard Fairfield is one of the original Captains and very disrespectful to be serving that kind of food out of there. People just don?t care anymore.
