Cool Springs Park Inc - Fairmont

While it may not be the fanciest spot, this restaurant is a must-visit for anyone passing through the area. They offer a variety of dishes and the food is delicious.

This place has always been a stop for me on 50. Great little place with a lot of stuff and really cool animals.

I moved to West Virginia in 2021 and quickly cool springs became one of my favorite places. It's a great to go there everytime! You never know what's gonna be there when you visit, it's always something new. Plus they have amazing food and great service! I also love that in fall, they have big containers of apples up front from the orchards. Nothing beats being at cool springs.

Stopped to fill up and guess what? One of the employees came out before I could even get out of my car and pumped the gas for me! I thought that kind of service was long gone! Went into store to check things out and found a nice old fashioned lunch counter. Had myself a pretty good fish sandwich. Everyone friendly as can be! The only down side was that Route 50 was having major repairs on the winding narrow mountain road in different sections so it slowed my trip down. On the bright side; might not have stopped when I did to enjoy the service and smiling faces!

Full service gas station with diner. If you're a dude, be sure to wear a ballcap inside. Glad I stopped here with the fam. Got gas, lunch, and ice cream. Seemingly authentic Americana.
