Charleys Cheesesteaks

Super rude service!! Cashier literally lied straight to my face about closing at 7:50pm after I had been standing at the counter for a few minutes simply being ignored with her back turned to me purposely. Then she finally turns around after I say “excuse me, Ma’am,” I’d like a…cuts me off and says we’re close at 7:50pm. Customer service is so not what it used to be. I think people need to start holding these businesses accountable because this is pitiful and completely unacceptable!

I really enjoy this location. I may need to stop going if my next sandwich is dry again. I was slightly disappointed this trip. I will give it one more chance. Their strawberry lemonade with fresh fruit is awesome!!!

I love this place. If your a Philly cheesesteak lover you knw its all about the bread and they GOT IT!

I don't know, my daughter loves this place but I think it tastes like subway only with cheesesteak.
