Panera Bread - Fairview Heights

Upset they no longer have the chocolate chip bagel. Got a cinnamon crunch and got it toasted even though I didn't ask.

I drive a little further daily just to go to this specific Panera for lunch. This is hands down the BEST one I've been to. The employees who prepare the food are so so sweet and are always trying their best to get the food out fast, even at lunchtime when it's the busiest. Would recommend to anyone!

Drive through is been down for about two weeks now...

Ordered food for delivery today, and my toasted sandwich (the bbq chicken) is not very toasted at all. I was already planning on tossing it in the oven when it got here due to delivery time (not their fault) but there’s zero color or crisp on my bread, and it’s quite disappointing. Picture of the untoasted

A nice place to come and hang out for a moment. Have a quick lunch meeting. The staff is great. They most definitely need raises.
