The salsa bar is a good idea, but most of the salsas were out. The smothered chicken burrito was a good size but the chicken was tough. And the prices were high for what you get. *if you liked my review or found it to be helpful give it a thumbs up thanks! And follow me on Google Maps for more reviews, thanks!
We've visited this location dozens of times, over the years. Food is good and the Owners are kind people, all of them! Easy to support a place, like this.
Definitely one of the best side street restaurants in town with amazing prices for a delicious homemade Mexican food.
Food was 3 stars, service was 5. There are quite a few Mexican/American food restaurants in the area and this one seems pretty middle of the road by comparison. I have had 5 or 6 different meals there and I'd say that what makes the food good is the size of the menu. There are a lot of options to choose from. So, everyone can typically find something they will like. But none of the options are particularly amazing to me. They are good about adjusting certain dishes to make them work for your taste or dietary restrictions. In the end, the food isn't bad. I rate it a solid 3 stars. I gave them an extra start to bring it up to 4 in total just because the service here has always been amazing. They seem unusually nice and accommodating every time I eat there. The restaurant feels a bit out of the way, which can be a good thing I suppose. It feels a bit like eating in the back of a retail store gone out of business. Oh, wait... that is exactly what it is... ;
Went on a nice birthday dinner with my dad and aunt. Food and service was great! My dad kept ordering water cups though. Im worried he is the cause for the drought.
