The "hog wing" was a generous portion of meat coated in their signature BBQ sauce, so tender that it fell right off the bone—definitely a 10/10! The "burning ends" were melt-in-your-mouth delicious; they were so good that I had to place a second order—12/10! The sides were also impressive, featuring fresh cuts, moist cornbread, and some pretty good mac and cheese. Overall, a fantastic dining experience!

Be prepared to wait a little, as some items run out quickly due to their popularity and limited hours. But trust me, it’s worth it! I had a pork sandwich with fries and a broccoli salad, and the pork was perfectly cooked and shredded. The Carolina Bee Sting sauce was incredibly delicious! I also got a side of the Edgy sauce because I love my North Carolina-style sauce. Honestly, sometimes sauces from Virginia, South Carolina, and other places just don’t get the flavor-to-vinegar ratio right. I was tempted to drink the soda straight, but I refrained. I used the sauce as a dip for my fries, which are thicker like steak fries, but so much better. I love some texture with my BBQ's fries, and they nailed it. My partner enjoyed the broccoli salad too, but I didn't get a chance to try it since I was busy with the fries and the vinegar sauce! I highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area or just on the lookout for great BBQ spots!

The service was excellent. They promptly cleared the table after the customers left. The portion size is perfect for one person—not too big at all.

Good good good that I had lived in my life. super sick hidden gem in fayetteville. only knock is limited operating hours 11-2. they tend or run out of the tool to the end of the window, so they get there early. so good!

Undeniably one of the best restaurants in Fayetteville. My pulled chicken was covered in the sauce of my choice (sweet&spicy), but they have various options to suit any taste. The collards are so delicious! The Mac n Cheese Scrumptious! One of my favorite local spots to dine.
