Longhorn Steakhouse - Fayetteville

Came on to eat after a long day of spring cleaning my home to a horrible atmosphere, and experience. Waiting over 20 mins before we seen a waitress. Asked for management. Then a waitress who had seen us waiting without any service decided it would be convenient to ask us for our drink order. We sat again 30 more mins. The restaurant was not full at all at this point. Waitresses were standing around looking weird when we walked in. This was very disappointing. I definitely expected a better, more professional environment.

My first steak was over cooked but Manger re made my entire order and I had a very pleasant experience.

First time coming to Longhorn today and so far frustrated...got seated quickly with no problem but we had to ask for a server we sat at our table for 25 mins without anyone asking if we needed drinks ...my son cut his finger on the knife they have in the napkin because he was trying to get his fork...once we grabbed someone to help us we will see what the rest of the visit had to offer...so far we seem to have grabbed an awesome server she seems really sweet....will definitely leave another review once I've ate and get the awesome young lady name we have

I would first just like to shout out the amazing server, Veronica, who took care of my party the last two times I visited this location. She is so caring and sweet. She made our lunch visits so much brighter and made sure everything went smoothly. The food was phenomenal as well. The parmesan crusted chicken and Mac anc cheese are my go-to dishes. I definitely plan to come back in the future
