Qdoba Mexican Grill - Federal Way

The customer service at this restaurant was excellent. The staff greeted us with a smile, and the layout of the place is quite logical. Despite there being only one employee on duty during our visit, she provided quick service and was extremely polite. A big shoutout to her for managing to answer phone calls while also attending to other customers! I wish I knew her name. The food was tasty, and I highly recommend this QDOBA in Federal Way.

I absolutely love Qdoba's Loaded Tortilla Soup! It's incredibly delicious, and the price is under $10. The flavor is consistently amazing—slightly spicy and utterly satisfying. I can't get enough of it!

Daniela is truly incredible! She is the most positive, professional, helpful, friendly, and thoughtful person I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond by making fresh fajitas when they were mostly out, and she did it like a pro! It's so refreshing to see such exceptional customer service, especially during a challenging time with Covid and after a long shift. I wish every restaurant had such a friendly atmosphere and excellent customer service! I will definitely return and highly recommend this location, and it's all thanks to her!
