What 's the point of an unlimited entree when it takes 30 50 minutes to finally eat it. I believe they intentionally take long to give you any unlimited dish so that you end up only having 1 round but more than 2, which really, beats the purpose of unlimited. It was not even busy at all. We will not be returning to this location (Federal Way) until management does something about the slow service, especially when only half the restaurant is used and 20 30% is filled with customers! I will also be contacting their customer service about this. Update 12/28/22: There were so many empty tables tonight (around 6:10 pm). We waited a little more than 20 minutes to finally get a table. The table we had was not 100% clean. Lately, the overall service since October 2020, has been less than par at the Federal Way location. The price for their food when there 's no specials continue to get higher far too many times in a short period. _______________________________________ We 've only dined here once but have wanted to come back many times over the past 10 plus yrs, but couldn 't because we thought our son was allergic to seafood. Fortunately, over the years, he outgrew most of these allergies and had the biggest seafood feast on his 19th birthday! What a blessing to have dined here with all his grandparents. The expected wait time when I checked in was apprx. 20 25 minutes. When I called in to change my , the hostess said that we could be seated already. So at most, our wait time was 7 8 minutes. We were split into 2 separate tables because there were 7 of us, but fortunately, the grandparents were seated behind us and everyone else was far enough for safe social distancing. Our server, Semara (spelling error, I 'm sure) was absolutely wonderful. She was polite, accommodating and attentive. Her pacing was on point (from checking in on how we were doing to bringing food to both tables). Some of the menu prices are kind of high, but the taste/flavor makes up for the others. The buttery flavored sweet and spicy shrimps are a must have! The fried fish, not so much. It 's so nice that their bread is unlimited and delicious. We enjoyed our time dinner for sure (October 2020). Parking on a Saturday (the night we dined) was packed. There 's no advance reservations walk in only reservation where you give your name , which they 'll text you when your table is ready. Pet peave I just want to make known is, the tank is too small for all those lobsters!
Came for early mothers day dinner cause I was going to be working. The waitress was nice enough but it was hard to get her attention when we needed stuff didn't seem to know the menu to the point we had to show her items on the menu cause she didn't know they existed. Maybe she hadn't been there very long, so not a huge deal. The biscuits were delicious as always, the stuffed mushrooms were good enough that even my son that's hates mushrooms like them. The bacon mac cheese was the best restaurant mac I have had, and the potato was exactly what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the steak was bland tough. But the Lobster was the most overcooked Lobster I have ever seen, I could barely cut it with the knife. Definitely not worth the like $40 they charge. If your going to call yourself red lobster than should be able to cook a Lobster. Especially since it's not hard to cook it. The hard part is the prep. Next time I want Lobster I will make it at home.
Me and my husband went the other night and the service was terrible, they were slow, it took almost about an hour and a half for us to get our food but the food is always good I can't sleep on Red Lobster when it comes to the food. The food was awesome the service was just completely slow so I'm going to give them three instead of five and pictures will follow, and my husband always orders a margarita with no salt unfortunately it looks like they dipped the glass in the salt refinery
Had a sub par time here with my husband this evening. Came in at 5 o'clock, wait time ended up being 30 minutes to be seated. Waiter was ordinarily friendly. My husband finished his water within 10 minutes of being seated and never was offered refill for the full hour and half we stayed for. I order a 9 Oz glass of wine, it was great. The biscuits were wonderful. We ordered the dinner for two which comes with 2 lobster tails, 2 steaks, 2 shrimp kabobs and 2 sides of our choice. The food wasn't as good as I would have expected for $100. Very bland, unseasoned and much left to be desired. The lobster tasted overly fishy, in an odd way. The fries were on par with those from a grocery freezer section. The steaks had not an ounce of seasoning on them though they were cooked perfectly to medium rare. And the cooked shrimp came cold. I'm not saying it was horrible, just with a little extra care and flavor into the food, it could be a worth while experience. Paid way too much for what it was.
Feeling nostalgic and went here since the chain isn't in Seattle. Not really impressed by the food, and service is pretty slow. Much better food options in the area.
