Overall nice sushi in Stuttgart area. Generally agree with all points mentioned by MariaZP below. The place is not that traditional, without a regular sushi counter; the non-Japanese, but very nice German chef works behind a more regular sandwich type bar making sushi in a large variety plate, and then brings it around to your table so you can pick what you want. The sushi is nice and fresh, and the variety of nigiri and sushi roll options are all in front of you to point at on the platter. He explains what each one is in English (or German). If you are getting the 12 piece for 19€, you order all at once, or he comes around again if you are going all you can eat for 39€. 12 was a nice size for me, and with the small Miso soup and a small Japanese salad, a satisfying meal. Overall I'd recommend it and go again.
I visited Sushilaedle at lunchtime and had the big sushi lunch box for 12.90€ which is a OK price for the bery good quality you get. The variety of sushi for the price is very good and you get a soup and wakame (which is just perfect there!) with the sushi. All in one a very good sushi at a very nice place! I can highly recommend it and plan to go there on an evening for the buffet!
This little Sushi bar has some of the best sushi I have ever tried. It is fresh, and there is a huge variety to choose from. They offer a mini buffet or a 'endless buffet' (the first including 12 pieces of sushi at 19E, the second being an all you can eat sushi buffet at 39E). The chef continuously makes fresh rolls and brings them round the tables and you can choose which ones you want (he explains the ingredients). The visual aspect really adds that special something to the dining experience since the rolls look amazing and colourful. The staff was extremely friendly, especially since we visited with our 2 year old, and the place doesn't really cater to small children. The restaurant is open only on the weekends. All in all a great place to have the best sushi in and around Stuttgart!
I went to this restaurant without much expectation, but came out pleasantly surprised by the quality and taste. Though I'm not an expert in Sushi, I can say this much that the food was fresh. The food was certainly a bit expensive, but I have never eaten cheap but good sushi. The ambience had a Japanese air to it, though I was surprised to know that the Sushi bar is only there during the weekends and the place operates as a Tapas bar during the week.If I'm in the region, I would go again to this place.
