Honestly, I wish they would follow directions better. At NO POINT did I ask for a spicy chicken burger but that’s what I got I just wanted an Asiago ranch (sub: mayo) and they got the condiment change right but gave me a spicy patty. I couldn’t eat it.Otherwise the service was super fast!

Good customer service. They had no issue with specializing my order for me when many places wouldn't have. Clean eating area, quick service.Parking: Lots of free parking

This is my local Wendy's. They screw up orders 50% of the time. Check your food before leaving!

We stopped at the Wendy's in Fergus for lunch. We were hauling a trailer so I went in to order our meal to go. Instead of being given an order number they ask for your name. It was nice to be called by my name to pick up my order. A small personal touch that sets them apart from other fast food establishments. Thanks Wendy'sYou made my day?
