Caffe Nero - Fermanagh

Stopped in for a takeaway coffee. Partner order the luxury mocha but it was missing the cream, I ordered a latte. The coffee was just so so and both drinks took quite a long time to make despite being simple orders.

Disappointing service. Coffee cold and long wait despite ordering ahead for click and collect and asking specifically for extra hot. Not a store I’ll be returning to. Will stick to the Omagh one.

My girlfriend and I recently visited this coffee shop, and unfortunately, our experience was less than good. One staff member, who appeared to be a manager with a distinctive tattoo on her arm, seemed rather irritable and snapped at the other employees. Additionally, the lack of chilled food options was disappointing, and the overall ambiance of the place left much to be desired. Regrettably, we won't be returning to this establishment.

Regional management need to prioritise getting staff for this store. They very obviously do not have enough staff to man it. I’ve been in on numerous occasions recently only to find that they’re closed or closing before the time stated online. I don’t hold the casual workers responsible, but it is a bit frustrating to travel in to the store when it’s advertised as open online only for a handwritten note to be stuck to the door saying they closed at 4pm. Senior management really need to sort the staffing issue out.

Staff are courteous and got my little dog water etc . Great to know dogs can come in with you for a coffee.
