Corbett Court - Fermoy

Haven't been there for couple for a couple of months total deterioration Food tasted unfresh and portion sizes appear to have shrunk since price increase. Real pity as this used to be exceptional.

The food here was amazing. We came here on the recommendation of friends. We were warmly welcomed and seated within a minute of arriving. The menu is broad and has something for everyone. We ordered the chicken goujons with mashed potatoes and salad and the roast chicken and ham which came with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The food was hot and excellently cooked. There is also a large dessert menu. We had bread and butter pudding and Baileys and orange cheesecake. Our waitress was very professional and friendly and happy to make recommendations. Total bill €54. I would definitely return.

Stopped off here for dinner and it was perfect. Great food, Great service and loads of space to relax and unwind.

Having been in Fermoy on a Wednesday evening after 5pm we found there no where to be had for food so knwoing of Corbett Court we took the short drive out. On arrival it was kept going for a mid week evening, which is always a good sign anyway. We arrived into our table and promptly ordered food Salmon, Scampi and Lasagne, I have the Scampi and to my very pleasant surprise they were in fact Jumbo whole tail Scampi, it was delightful to actually get a full tail, and to be so sweet and pleasant. The salmon my dad has was a huge piece with a white sauce, mash and veg, The lasagne was equally large and delicious An exceptional outing for goof proper food, the servers were pleasant and attentive. We also had dessert of trifle, bread and butter pudding and apple tart, all exceptionally delicious and comforting All that was under €80 Looking forward to returning.

It is the only place around for dinner, and you can feel it as soon as you step in. We were waiting the 4 of us at the sign ‘Wait to be seated’, with other customers (we were at least 10) for 5 good minutes when I decided to talk to a member of the staff behind the bar. Houlala what have I done! Even before I talked, the gentleman aggressively said ‘I can not move from my position’. ‘This is OK, I am just wondering if someone will come and seat the waiting customers’ (many tables were empty). He replied: ‘we have a full house tonight, so if the customers are not happy, they can mind their own business and go somewhere else’. Welcome to the to the Corbet Court.
