Salt - Fernandina Beach

I had a fantastic experience with the fine dining offered at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and professional, making the atmosphere welcoming. The menu was well-thought-out and sure to delight every palate. The kitchen team clearly knows their craft, and the view is truly one-of-a-kind. It was an unforgettable evening!

The food and staff at Salt are truly remarkable! We've visited numerous times and have never been let down. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcome. However, this visit we noticed a significant increase in noise from the speakers used by the guitarist, which made it tough to have a quiet dinner conversation. It also made it challenging to hear the servers, which we feel is not ideal for a five-star restaurant.

Overall, everything was excellent except for our seating arrangement. Instead of being placed in the main dining area, we were at a small two-seat table in a separate room, which didn’t have the best ambiance. However, everything else was wonderful!

We've dined at Salt several times, but last night's experience was the best by far! I ordered the tenderloin while my wife chose the Wagyu beef. Both steaks were cooked to perfection and were honestly the best we've ever tasted. The service was flawless, and the other dishes we paired with our steaks were equally delicious and expertly prepared.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at Salt! The staff was incredibly friendly and well-informed. I highly recommend dining here—you won't be disappointed. The key lime soufflé was delightful, along with the cobia fish and wagyu steak!
