Such a healthy cuisine , its my top in the whole of Wexford. Their bread and granola is to ... die for! Also their fish cakes would be top of the menu for me!

Quite simply the best little haven in Wexford. I don't want to call it a café, because it is so much more than that. With its artisan savoury foods and it's wonderful selection of scones, breads and cakes you certainly have a huge selection to keep the wolf from the door. Add to this high quality barista style coffees served by friendly, efficient staff, you will soon agree that Stable Diet is simply the best!

Has to be the best breakfast in Ireland .. great atmosphere and staff too!

Enjoyed a fab lunch here. Food is cooked to order, fantastic selection and all local fresh produce. Amazing photography exhibited on the walls taken by staff members avail for purchase. Looking forward to returning.
