Faster service, incorrect order. will not be ordered again from here. papa! john had no problem putting ananas on my pizza.
Two pizzas picked them up. They always told me they should get up in a few. 2 different people brought my order to the computer. after an hour there. they told me they didn't make my order. even if they looked up, and the app said it was ready
The pizza was great as usual. I ordered online and got an extra cheese for $7.99. On the store window it advertised a one topping for $6.99. They wouldn't give me the dollar off. Then she told me because I paid cash, I couldn't get a receipt. They need to train their cashier's better.
The phone number rolls over to a call center in another country. Definite language barrier as they don?t understand your questions and it?s hard to understand them. Told they couldn?t do special order and I needed to contact the store directly. They tried transferring me 5 times and I was disconnected every time. When I asked for the direct store phone number, they onlyhad the number I had been calling which rolls back over to the call center. I asked for a manager and was told they don?t havea manager at the call center, and I would have to speak with the store directly? here we go again?!!! Save yourself the timeand aggravation and go elsewhere.
