There are two Mexican Restaurants in my area. This is the second one I have tried. Both restaurants performed excellently. I ordered the same meal fr both to make an honest and fair review. The meal I ordered was a steak burrito. Visually the only difference between the two restaurants was the shape of the plate. Portion are about the same. The plates were full and well cooked. The wait staff at La Pachanga were friendly and attentive. The food was served in a timely manor. Flavor was excellent. I am originally from Southern California where Mexican food is not only good it is a big part of what's for dinner. I recommend La pachanga for great service and delicious food at a reasonable price. I will definitely be making this regular stop for what's for dinner.
Pan fried, not grilled. Artificial sour cream, only thing we liked kind of were the chips and salsa. Meat chopped up like dog food and flavorless! If We could give a half star, that would be our best to give this place. Over priced for no taste. Your best bet would be to keep traveling!
Ordered the deluxe chicken chimichanga and it was FANTASTIC! It came on a hot plate with fresh steaming veggies again SO GOOD! Chicken chimichanga 's are my go to at Mexican restaurants and this did not disappoint! Their chips and salsa were okay I like hotter salsa and this was reminded me more of a store bought brand (still happily ate a whole serving of it haha) Friendly staff, quick service!
While we were visiting St. Louis my wife and I went to many different restaurants and establishments. We went to the Mexican restaurant that was close the hotel and this is the one that we had. The chips and salsa we're good and I always get the burrito with the cheese and beef in the inside and it was pretty darn good as well I would recommend it
Great food and great service. Seems like a hip place. Will come back when in town. Gets loud in the bar area
