Love going there the food is excellent. But we drive down from Toledo just to eat there. But now you can't eat in the dining room we have not been going at all. Sorry but we do not like eating in our car. Won't be back until the dining room opens back up

My first experience was wowing. The guy who helped me order sounded like he enjoyed his job and was passionate about what options that had for the customer. Super courteous, not pushy. Had a huge smile when I pulled up to the window. He asked what all dipping sauces I would need and made sure I had plenty, which is a far cry from a handful of other fast food restaurants always charging for everything. You could tell he had passion for what he was doing and it was a breath of fresh air. Would definitely revisit, one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had!

The manager screamed at the hired, ran out of the food as soon as they walk at the place, one could smell the burned oil from the frit and the fish also tasted. Service counters were pleasant and do the best they could. I had just left, but they had my money and the chance that I would get my money back before I got my food were slim....I won't be back. $15; wasted. I should have given it to the mother before mcdonalds to donate on the road.

I'm usually a big fan of the captain, but today it was different. if they pay $16 for a meal, they expect what they have ordered and it is also fresh. the cat I ordered was not catfish and the cheese on the loaded kartoffel was like artificial leather or something. I usually don't make any reviews, but it's better than to load back in them, especially when they got into their home at a 30° day. I'm not bashing at all, they just expect to eat much better when they spend $20 per person.
