Contribuisci feedbackDining at Wendy's feels like you're stuck in a cycle of waiting. The drive-thru line seems to take as long as if you were making your own hamburger! They're frequently out of items, which makes me question why it takes so long to get food. Isn’t the idea of fast food to be quick? The only positive thing I can say about the Wendy's on Blanchard is that Dave is an amazing employee; he always goes above and beyond to help. Otherwise, I would suggest looking elsewhere!
I don’t like to say it, but the service was incredibly slow. It took 26 minutes just to get through a combo meal and the 4/$4 deal. I felt sorry for the staff, but the wait was excruciating. If we hadn't been heading out on a road trip with limited time and options, it would have been even more frustrating. It seemed like they had given up on serving both drive-thru and dine-in customers. Perhaps that's just a sign of the times.
The workers were terrible, the dame at the desk ignored no one there in the grunde and when someone went to her, she got an employment. they also complained about wanting to go home, which is only unprofessional and nobody wants to hear about it.
7:30pm on Tuesday night, waited 30 mins in drive through and food was incorrect. Too hungry to walk back in and wait 15 more mins to get it right. 2nd time in last month we tried this Wendy's. Never again.
They make a lot of the meals freshly made. I like Wendy's burgers the best, because their juicy and fresh.Food: 5/5
