We stopped on the way back from Souda beach, feeling slightly peckish; since pita always has a great attraction for us (because in Italy we eat very bad ones) we saw this corner shop along the road and I must have done that we were right to stop. The pita is definitely tasty and chubby , but the thing that left me even more amazed was the price: 1 pita and 1 bottle of water (1 litre) for a total of 5 euros. Highly recommended!!! My girlfriend and I were there a couple of times in July 2023 and we were already amazed by the goodness and the cheap prices, but now that we have returned here in Plakias also in September we couldn't help but go for a day: if you are lucky you manage to sit facing the sea and enjoy the view of plakias. We tried a couple of appetizers, namely the Dakos (highly recommended) and the spicy cheese dip accompanied by pita. We tried almost all of the souvlaki pitas, however, and I must say that there wasn't one in particular that we didn't like. They were all delicious and, if you're a normal person (not like us), a pita will fill you up too. For the rest the staff is really kind, humble and always at your disposal. Go there!
