For instance, one time I bought two Red Bulls and they didn’t mention that they were on a "two for three" deal. When I realized my mistake while leaving, the staff actually told me it was my responsibility to know about the promotion. A few months later, I found that my change was $5 short, and just today, I paid $1.50 to use the air machine to inflate my tires, only to find out that it was broken. Even though my first instinct was to just drive away, I decided to go back inside and inform them about the $1.50 I lost in their air machine, purely on principle (and due to previous experiences). The clerk, who seemed to care about the store, merely shrugged and said, “We have nothing to do with it.” I replied with a smile, “Okay, thank you!” It goes without saying, I will never return to this 7-11 and I strongly urge others to avoid it as well. While my experiences are certainly anecdotal, I believe they reflect the broader customer service philosophy of the management. By steering clear of this place, we’re all making a statement against businesses that clearly don’t value their customers.

The staff is extremely unfriendly. I've only visited this place twice, and each time I ended up having to cancel my debit card a few days later due to unauthorized charges. I would advise against going here if you want to avoid having your money stolen.

Horrendous customer service. If you want to be treated like a farm animal, minus any semblance of respect, then this is the place for you. The cashier was incredibly rude and laughed as I walked away annoyed by their obviously disrespectful attitude. I don't understand why anyone in their right mind would be so patronizing towards a customer from the start, without any provocation on my part. Completely ignored my greeting when I entered. That man is costing you customers.

Don't go to this place they close the restroom just because I want to use the restroom but it says out order,but i saw one of it employee coming out of the restroom that means they closed the restroom just because they want to. i pass here almost every day because my guys like it food. i don't by i put gas almost every week to the truck.

This is the best spot for morning coffee! The coffee here is always fresh, and the staff, including the owner, are very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place!
