Parkside Deli - Fish Camp

This place has truly surpassed my expectations! The staff here is incredibly kind and friendly.

Every staff member we interacted with was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The main lodge is stunning, nestled beautifully in the woods, making it a fantastic location for exploring the nearby park—close enough for convenience but still outside of it. Our cabin was the first in a row of identical ones situated along a small driveway, allowing us to easily pull up and unload our belongings without dragging them from the parking lot. While the parking isn’t far, this convenience was much appreciated. The layout of the cabins created a little neighborhood atmosphere, but each one feels very private. Our cabin appeared either recently built or very well-maintained. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and charming! The living room/kitchen area features a leather sofa with a pull-out bed and a gas fireplace that works wonderfully. The kitchenette was well-equipped, although it did lack a stovetop (but the microwave was great). Down the hall, we found two roomy bedrooms and a generously sized bathroom. Both bedrooms easily accommodate two people, with the master bedroom being slightly larger and exceptionally cozy and romantic, showcasing a view of the back porch and serene wooded area. The deck was a perfect size, and we enjoyed many peaceful moments on the Adirondack chairs, surrounded by privacy. The cabins are positioned in such a way that you won’t see your neighbors unless you choose to. To top it off, upon our arrival, we were greeted with Hershey kisses and rose petals on our bed—a lovely touch from the lodge that truly set a wonderful tone for our getaway. I could go on and on about this place; it was that incredible. The lodge's restaurant, the Jackalope, is also very good. We dined there twice, and both experiences were delicious. Although room service wasn’t available due to COVID-19, ordering food for pickup from the main lodge was a seamless process. The front office responded quickly and courteously whenever we called for anything, whether it was extra towels, coffee, or cream. Everything in the cabin functioned perfectly, making it feel like a true home away from home for a few days. We can't wait to return. Thank you, Tenaya! Bravo! See you again soon!

Fantastic hotel, everything about it was awesome. Food, staff, location, rooms and to see it all decorated for Christmas was so special

This is our second time here and we returned because this place is simply amazing. Beautiful place, awesome hotel and excellent services, restaurant serves truly good food to our very pleasant surprise. Highly recommend Tenaya, will return with our family and grandchildren, they’ll surely love this place as well.
