Wendy's - Fishers

I expected Wendy's to be a reliable choice, but this place changed my mind. Everything consistently comes out cold and poorly prepared.

I visited this restaurant after waiting in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes. There were multiple employees on their phones. The cashier who was supposed to assist me took their time finishing a personal call before finally asking what I needed. It was very unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible service. Did not even place my order. Love the food here. The service cancels it out though. There are other options. The owners of this location need to pay attention to opening and running quick and effectively.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The employees at the drive through windows were disrespectful and rude! One of them was playing on his phone and didnt even look at me and the other one handed me my food, I said thank you and he rolled his eyes at me and slammed the window shut! Dont waste your time going to this wendy's, its awful.

This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. The staff is unhelpful and treats customers poorly. They were out of several items on the menu, and the service was incredibly slow. I truly believe it would be best for everyone if this place closed down.
