Sushi 101 - Fishkill

Family-friendly owner Moe and T. Superb mouthwater sushi, spicy seafood soup with noodles side. Everything in the menu is a must try. Five stars.

Mr. Song, the owner, serves the best sushi in the city. Every time I visit, he is incredibly friendly and expertly prepares my favorite rolls just as I like them. If you're trying sushi for the first time, this is the place to go—you'll enjoy it for a lifetime!

Thanks to Sushi 101 for the honor of having me with a free meal on the Veterans Day. The food is great and the staff is always friendly. This is my new spot for sushi. It is usually not busy here, so I hope that more people will try Sushi 101.

I had the pleasure of having my sushi in sushi ya for the last seven years. I can honestly say I never had a bad meal here. I've tried many other places, and that'll always be my sushi home. Try it!

Outstanding sushi! The presentation is remarkable, the atmosphere is soothing, the restaurant is impeccably clean, and the owners are wonderful. Sushi 101 is definitely worth the journey from anywhere in the Hudson Valley.
