Buffalo Wild Wings - Fitchburg

It was freezing, it would have been almost warmer on the terrace. slow service despite empty space. eating was müll (as always, my expectations are low) drinks were expensive and very watered. forever, but eating was kind of cold when it came to us. it wasn't that terrible last time. the only joy I got that I have the “please wait to sit” sign to “please sit down themselves” on the way out.

We had to hunt down our server to get our missing food, and we're waiting for way longer than we needed to for anything cause staff was too busy fooling around. There were delivery drivers waiting for assistance and there was no front host to help them or even the few customers who came in to try and dine in before they got frustrated and left. Our chicken that we had ordered was dry and hard. My chicken fell out of the breading it was coated in.

BWW once was amazing, a place the wife and I would have date night. Now they can't even cook the wings, which is in the freekin' name!!! The wings are mucky and the servers are lacking, some try, but overall the chain as a whole is just going to ****. I noticed they started selling their flavors in supermarkets, this is good news for the C-level and manufacturers but bad news for the store fronts as now there is ZERO reason to ever visit a BWW again.

The slowest drink order I've ever experienced....NOBODY here at 5:45 on a Friday and it took 15 minutes for one beer

The order was done prior to my arrival but the sides (french fries, carrots and celery) weren't in the bag. I had to wait nearly 5 minutes to receive the sides. One of the mains was only decent while the other was good, the bad part was that there were multiple hairs on top of the French fries, which were all different oddly, and were also half warm and has cold. Due to the slow service and the order not being fully covered, even when the order was placed nearly an hour prior to my arrival, I would not recommend eating here.
