The Block Gourmet Burgers And Pizza

RIP OFF! My chips were overdone. I ordered the Fabrizio burger and it had no caramelised onions in it. I also ordered the salad and all it had was chicken, lettuce and grated carrot with sauce on it. It said that it came with red onion, tomato, capsicum, olives, marinated chicken and salad. Got the chicken, carrot, cheese and lettuce where’s the rest!?!? For the price I paid for those items wasn’t worth it at all! Very disappointed and will NEVER come back and DO NOT RECOMMEND!

They rip u off!! Didn't put chips with our order so we called them... said they'd give us an extra chips and when we receive the order it's burnt chips 1x chips put in 2 bags, the bags were about a quarter full (we'd just had them a few days before and got a full bag of chips). Staff need to be taught how to smile too!

They make really good pizza and the customer service is excellent

Ordered the Vegan burger and they didn't put any sauce or vegan cheese on it. Only things on the burger were the patty, carrot and lettuce. Very disappointed.

I had the Davey Jones burger Really good, not heavy or greasy, love the fresh buns, crumbed fish but all good. Side of kumara chips nom Clean premises. Couldn't get a smile from the server though. Not one time. No smile, just take , serve the food, no interaction or customer service warmth with the great kai.
